电位控制DNA在金电极上的分子自组装 被引量:2

摘要 采用氨基乙硫醇在金电极上自组装得到自组装单分子层(SAM),再利用水溶性1-乙基-3(3-二甲氨丙基)-碳化二亚胺(EDC)和N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)活化SAM,用电位控制的方法制备了DNA共价键合修饰电极.研究了控制电位与DNA组装量的关系,并采用循环伏安、交流阻抗、俄歇电子能谱、和原子力显微镜等手段对电位控制DNA修饰电极进行了表征.结果表明,用电位控制的方法得到了共价组装的DNA修饰电极,而且在不同的电位控制条件下,DNA的自组装存在着一定的规律,即负电位对DNA的自组装产生了抑制作用,而正电位对DNA的自组装起到了促进作用.研究结果将对DNA的可控制组装具有较重要的意义,并为DNA纳米器件的研制提供了技术基础.
