楚103井分注工艺技术分析

摘要 分层注水工艺是利用封隔器把注水井诸层分成若干层段 ,实现启动加强层、控制限制层、准备接替层的目的。采油三厂曾经采用多种类型的封隔器、配水器组成分注管柱 ,但分注有效期很短 ,达不到分注工艺技术要求。经对分注管柱受力分析 ,论证了楚 10 3井分注工艺未能满足技术要求的原因。 Technicology of separate injection can separate well injection interval into several small zones in order to start up strengthened zones, to control limited zones and to provide succeed zones. In No.3 oil production factory, manifold separate injection pipes, packers and separating water remelters have been employed. However, requests of separate injection technicology and techniques can not be reached because the period of validity is very short. The paper demonstrates some causes that separate injection technicology can not meet the technically request by analyzing the force loading separate injection pipes in Well Chu 103.
