摘要
针对我国油田水力活塞泵采油井完井管柱存在弯曲,导致水力活塞泵故障率增高的状况,提出了运用钻柱弯曲理论与计算公式进行处理采油管柱的方法。给出了水力活塞泵采油井完井采用压重式封隔器坐封的最小坐封力、中和点、产生弯曲的各种轴向力和弯曲形成后的螺距等参数的计算公式,并进行了实例计算。
In the light of the rise of the fault rate of the hydraulie piston pump caused by the bucking of the well completionstring, the methed for dealing with the tubing string by using the theory and calculating equations for the bucking ofdrilling string is presented. The equations for calculating the minimum setting force of the well completion packer ,theposition of the neutral point, all kinds ol axial forces that produce buckling and the pitch length ,and an example of cal-culation is given.
