摘要
详细分析了聚合醇的特性 ,对聚合醇钻井液进行了室内评价试验 ,结果表明 ,聚合醇能明显改善聚合物钻井液的抑制防塌能力 ,提高体系的润滑性 ,并且具有独特的保护储层的功能。在玉东 10 2井等 5口井的成功应用表明 ,聚合醇钻井液能缩短钻井周期 ,提高机械钻速 ,减少井下复杂情况与事故 ,有利于发现油层 ,值得推广应用。
This paper analyzes the properties of polyalcohol in detail and the laboratory evaluation tests on polyalcohol drilling fluids show that polyalcohol can obviously improve inhibitive capability, lubrication ability of polymer drilling fluids and has particular functions to protect reservoirs. Successful applications in five wells show that polyalcohol drilling fluids can decrease drilling cycle, improve penetration rate, reduce downhole problems and accidents and be helpful to find producing layer but increase the costs of drilling fluids. It is worthy of widely use.
