摘要
火 6井地层层序及岩性复杂 ,在钻进中易出现井下复杂情况与事故 ,施工难度极大。该井在钻进过程中应用了顶部驱动系统、 PDC钻头、钻杆橡胶护箍等多项新工具、新技术 ,确保了该井的顺利完成 ,井身质量、固井质量合格 ,取心收获率达 98% 。
It is very difficult to drill Huo 6 well for its complex reservoirs and hole problems and accidents during operations. In order to finish this well smoothly, many kinds of new tools and new techniques were applied in this well, including top drive system, PDC bits and rubber collar protectors of drill pipe, etc. Boreholes and cementing operations were all qualified and the core recovery is as high as 98% and creates many drilling recorders in Tuha Oilfield.
