摘要
在自然感蚜条件下对小麦族野生近缘植物 18属 98种 (变种、亚种 ) 2 78份材料进行了抗禾谷缢管蚜 (Rhopalosi phumpadiL .)鉴定。结果表明 ,属种间存在较大抗性差异。在 10属 5 2种 10 0份多年生材料中 ,偃麦草 (Elytrigiarepens)、长穗偃麦草 (Et.elongata)、费尔干偃麦草 (Et.ferganensis)和窄颖赖草 (Leymusangutus)共 7份连续 2年表现为高抗 ,是重要的抗禾谷缢管蚜资源。在 8属 4 6种 (变种 ) 178份一年生材料中 ,高抗占 8.99% ,中抗占 2 3.5 9% ,低抗占 2 0 .2 5 %。其中 ,山羊草属 (Aegilops)抗性最强 ,该属的Ae.biuncialis、Ae.columnaris、Ae.umbellulata、Ae.triuncialis、Ae.juvenalis和Ae.kotschyivar.variabilis共 4 8份材料中 ,高抗占 16份 ,中抗占 15份 ,低抗占 13份 ,仅 4份感蚜 。
A total of 278 accessions of wild relatives from 98 species (subspecies) of 18 genera in Triticeae were evaluated for their resistance to oat birdcherry aphid (Rhopalosiphum padi L.) with natural infestation in 1998-2000. The results showed Elytrigia repens, Elytrigia elongata, Elytrigia ferganensis and Leymus angustus enhibited high resistance in 100 accessions of the perennial Triticeae including 52 species of 10 genera. They were the best aphid resistant sources. High resistance, moderate resistance and low resistance was 8.99 %, 23.59% and 20.25%, respectively, among 178 entries of the annual Triticeae belonging to 46 species or varieties of 8 genera and some Aegilops exhibited higher resistance than others. High resistance, moderate resistence and low resistence was 16, 15 and 13, respectively, only 4 accessions showed susceptible to R. padi in 48 accessions of Aegilops including Aegilops biuncialis, Ae.columnaris, Ae.umbelluata, Ae.triuncialis, Ae.juvenalis and Ae.kotshyi var. variabilis tested. The results showed among Aegilops species mentioned above there also existed the important sources of resistance to the aphids.
