游离水脱除器是原油矿场处理工艺系统中的一种重要设备。本文分析了游离水脱除器的工作原理,介绍了设计时最小除油粒径的确定方法,并给出了理论设计公式以及由涡流、短路流引起计算误差的修正方法,进而给出了实用设计公式和设计参数界限,最后还建立了游离水脱除器的优化设计模型。
This article analyses the working principle of freewater knockout drums,introduces the theorydesign formula and the revision method of the calculation errors caused by whirling and short cir-cuit fluid and shows the practical design formulas and the limits of the design parameters.The au-thor also sets up optimum desgn model of free water knockout drums.
