摘要
埋地管道实施阴极保护需要较大保护电流时,介质电阻造成的测量误差IR降是不可忽视的。本文通过模拟试验,研究了介质电阻率、极化电流、管径、管长、埋管深度等参数与IR降的关系,并给出了经验公式。对于一些几何形状简单的被保护体,采用经验公式修正IR降是方便有效的,与实测值相比,误差小于10%。
Through simulant test this article discusses the relationship between resistivity of
medium, polarization current, pipe diameter, pipe length and buried depth etc. pa-
rameters with the IR drop and shows the empirical formula to a number of protected
objects which are simple in geometric shap. It is convenient and effective to use the
empirical formula for the revision of IR drop. Compared with actual test values the
error is less than 10%.
