摘要 分析了管道阴极保护电位测量误差的原因,论述了极化探头的结构和使用方法。结合工程实例,考察了采用Cu/饱和CuSO4参比电极的极化探头在埋地天然气钢质管道阴极保护参数测量中消除IR降方面的实际效果。与其他方法的测量结果相比,在管道阴极保护正常运行状态下,用极化探头法可以使电位测量误差最小,可以测到最接近真实值的管道阴极保护电位。 The reasons for measurement error of pipeline cathodic protection potential are analyzed. The configuration and use of polarized probe are expounded. Combined with an engineering example of parameter measurement, the actual effect of the polarized probe with Cu/saturated CuSO4 reference electrode in terms of eliminating IR drop during measurement of cathodic protection parameters of buried natural gas steel pipeline is investigated. Under the normal operation of pipeline cathodic protection, the polarized probe method has the smallest potential measurement error compared to other measurement methods. This method can measure the pipeline cathodic protection potential that is the closest to the true value.
