摘要
主要探讨了筛选基本诊疗项目及其确定支付标准的一种方法,综合运用了层次分析法、德尔菲法和线性规划等方法,得到了比较理想的支付标准。这对于促进我国城镇职工基本医疗保险的完善和发展具有积极的推动意义。
In this article, we discuss about the clue of Essential Medical Insurance in Urban (EMIU)package selection and payment standards, based on the operation and management methods such as level analysis, Delphi Method, and linearity programming. It is very significant and will improve the methods of EMIU.
