摘要
实验主要是应用基因重组技术从人胎盘中克隆人的 PEDF基因 ,构建了 p BV/PEDF重组质粒 ,并使之在大肠杆菌中诱导该因子表达成功 ,这为 PEDF蛋白的获取和进一步研究奠定了基础。
In this test , we had isolated and cloned the PEDF gene from placenta tissue of human by gene recombination technique and PCR technique; Constructed the pBV/PEDF recombined plasmid and induced it to expressed successful in E.coli: It make base of further investigation and get more PEDF protein.
