摘要
介绍近年来美国发展的一种新型水平钻井系统。该系统要求先在井下油层处磨去一段套管并扩孔。然后将斜向器放到井下，使一根外径为３１．７ｍｍ具有较高塑性的钢管通过装在斜向器上边的高压密封进入斜向器。此后，从井上接通高压液体，钢管便在液体静压力的作用下，通过斜向器各节滚轮，生产管便从垂直方向以３００ｍｍ半径转向水平方向，靠前端的水力喷嘴切削岩石。前端面的静压力促进生产管自动前进，可达３０～６０ｍ。此系统已用于稠油开采。
This paper introduces a new type of horizontal drilling system that has beenrecently developed in USA。 A section of casing is ground away first in the oil reservoir underthe well and reamed, then downwards the whipstock into the well, and a steel tube withhigh-plasticity set into the whipstock through a high-pressure seal and attached to thewhipstock。 Then the high-pressure liquid is injected into the well. Under the liquid staticpressure,the steel tube passes the gyro wheels of the whipstock. The production tube turnsfrom vertical direction to the horizontal direction in 300 mm radius and cuts rocks with thefront hydraulic spray nozzle, The static pressure on the front surface pull the production tubesforwards automatically about 30～6O meters,This system has been used in the heavy oilproduction。
