摘要
采用有限元分析法 (FEA)模拟了两种不同炉衬材料和布置的转炉瞬态温度场。通过对比发现 ,炉衬材质及其布置影响转炉汽雾冷却的效果和区域 ,永久层炉衬的布置和材料种类影响汽雾冷却时从炉衬内表面到炉壳的能量补给速率 ,从而影响汽雾冷却对炉壳温度的控制。
The instantaneous temperature fields of two kinds of BOFs with different lining refractories and constructions were simulated by finite element analysis (FEA) method.The comparative results show that lining refractories and their construction affect the effect and area of hi-vap cooling,and the permanent lining refractories variety and their construction affect the energy supply rate from internal surface of the lining to BOF shell and therefore affect the control of hi-vap to shell temperature.
