摘要
为配合溅渣护炉技术在生产中的应用,利用有限元方法对转炉温度场进行了分析。计算了不同炉衬厚度下的炉体温度分布,比较了不同溅渣层厚度对炉壳及炉衬内部温度的影响,结合实际使用经验提出了最佳溅渣层的厚度,并对设置隔热层时的溅渣护炉温度场也进行了数值模拟。
The FEM models of BOF are established and thermal analysis is performed in order to fit the application of splashing technique in production. Thermal field of the furnace with different lining thickness is calculated and the effect of the slag thickness on the temperature of furnace lining and shell are also compared. With the knowledge of field utility and the result of FEM analysis,on optimal splashing slag thickness is advanced. Temperature field analysis of BOF with insulation lining under slag splashing condition is also carried out.
