摘要
应用组织学方法对克氏螯虾消化系统形态结构进行了研究 ,并用扫描电镜观察了其消化道内表面的细微结构。结果表明 ,克氏螯虾消化系统包括消化道和消化腺。消化道分前肠、中肠和后肠。整个消化道各段均为单层柱状上皮 ,上皮表面覆盖有几丁质层。食道上皮下的结缔组织中有皮肤腺和纵肌束。消化腺即肝脏为多分支的盲管 ,肝盲管上皮由肝细胞和分泌细胞组成。扫描电镜下可见胃的表面有刚毛 。
Histology of digestive system and microstructure of the digestive tract of Cambrus clarkii Girard was studied by using optical and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the digestive system is composed of fore-gut,mid-gut,hind-gut and digestive gland.The epithelium of all parts of the digestive tract is simple columnar epithelium,bearing with chitin on the surface of epithelium.There are tegumentary gland and bundles of radiating muscle among the connective tissues below epithelium of esophaugs.Seta and spines were observed on the surface of stomach and gut.The hepatopancreas is tubular type gland.It is consists of hepatic cells and secretary cells.
