摘要
利用硫酸 -硫酸钠 -二苯羟乙酸极谱催化体系测定食品中痕量钨。方法简便 ,选择性好 ,钨含量在 0 .0 0 02 - 0 .0 0 2 5mg·L-1范围与极谱催化波高有良好的线性关系 用于实际样品的测定 。
This paper reports the method of determination of trace amount of tungsten in food samples by catalytic polarography.Down below to 2.0×10 -4 μg/mL of tungsten can be detected in a solution of 0.06 mol/L H 2SO 4-0.1 mol/L Na 2SO 4-2×10 -4 mol/L benzilic acid as supporting electrolytes.The linear relationship occurs between the peak height and tungsten over the range of 0.000 20 to 0.002 50 μg/mL w.Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of trace tungsten in food samples.The RSD was less than 4.7% and the recovery was form 89% to 108%.
