摘要
用催化极谱测定茶叶中硒,兼具灵敏、准确、快速、简便、选择性好的优点。准确测定硒的前提是在消化样品时,硒无挥发损失,本文提出在213℃时,用硫酸—高氯酸—(NH_4)_2M_0O_4体系消化茶叶样品,消化效果最好,测定结果稳定可靠。
The catalytic polarographic determination of Sc in tea-leaves is a rather sensitive, accurate and rapid method with easy operation and good selectivity. The key point is to avoid the loss of Se in evaporation during the digestion of samples. The authors proposes to digest the sample with H_2SO_4—HClO_4—(NH_4)_2MoO_4 system at 213℃. Under these conditions, an optimal digestion will be obtained as well as a stable and reliable result.
