摘要
为了提高企业的敏捷性 ,增强工作流管理系统对业务流程变化的适应性 ,提出了一种基于知识的敏捷工作流系统模型 ,并对该模型的框架构造和知识表示进行了详细讨论 .通过使用知识表示模式和相关谓词建立了系统的更改传播机制 ,增强了系统的可靠性和柔性 ,并在开发某大型汽轮机厂的工艺设计过程管理系统的软件开发实践中得到了应用 .实际应用表明 ,基于知识的工作流系统模型对于实现业务流程的自动化具有一定的应用价值 .
To increase the agility of contemporary enterprises and reinforce the adaptability of workflow management system (WfMS) for the changes in business processes. a knowledge based agile workflow system model is proposed. The frame structure and knowledge representation of the workflow model are discussed in detail. By usinjg knowledge representation scheme and dependency predicates, a change propagation mechanism is provided to increase the soundness and flexibility of workflow system. Lastly, this idea is applied to the development of process planning management system for some large steam turbine plant, a knowledge based model for the overalls design process is built. The results show that knowledge based workflow system model is valuable for application in implementing the automated business process.
