摘要
文章以西安Z公司为研究背景,运用基于工作流的敏捷供应链过程管理方法对该公司的采购过程管理进行了过程描述、任务描述与分配、工作流管理系统的分析与设计。经实践检验表明,设计方案有效地实现了对过程的集成,合理地整合了工作流程。
The purchase process management is analyzed with the method of agile supply chain process management based on a case study of company Z in Xi'an,and its process definition,task description and assign,analysis and design of workflow management system are described in this paper.From the practice,it proves the design scheme is effective to integrate process and workflow.
