摘要
我国自２０世纪７０年代末改革开放后，对国际贸易中的整套反倾销制度是相当陌生的，因此而成为国际反倾销的最大受害国。中国入世后最适宜采用的保护本国企业的手段，当然也属反倾销措施。为使反倾销措施制订得有力，我们尚须作一些艰苦的工作，诸如强化并扩大我国主管反倾销的机构，逐步建立或健全“行业协会”，增强对与反倾销有关的专业人员、尤其是律师的培训。
Since China started to reform and open to the outside world in late 20th c entury , she has remained a stranger to the whole set of international antidumping in i nternational trade,and has fallen the greatest victim of international antidumpi ng. The most appropriate measures for China to protect her enterproses after her WTO en try, are, naturally, measures of antidumping. To make our antidumping measures m ore effective, there is yet much work to be done, such as, strengthen and expand our gov ernment agencies in charge of antidumping, establish, or, perfect our trade asso ciations, and intensify our training of professionals, especially lawyers invol ved in antidumping.
