摘要
在国际反倾销措施日益强化的背景下 ,市场经济地位的取得 ,其重要性是不言而喻的。而中国企业特别是民营企业多数反倾销失利 ,都直接与“市场经济地位”有关。获得市场经济地位将有助于提高企业应对反倾销诉讼的成功率 ,有助于我国摆脱在国际反倾销中的不利地位。为此 ,必须研究争取市场经济地位的难点 ,寻找争取市场经济地位的突破口 ,并采取行之有效的措施 ,最终彻底解决市场经济地位问题。
Under the background of more and more enhancing international anti-dumping measures, the importance to obtain the market economic position is self-evident. Most Chinese enterprises especially the privately-owned enterprises lose in anti-dumping, which is directly related to “market economic position”. To obtain the market economic position will help to raise the possibility for the enterprises to deal with anti-dumping, which will be of help in changing the poor position of our country in international anti-dumping. Thus, we must study the difficulties in obtaining the market economic position, seek for the breakthrough to obtain it, and adopt effective measures to solve this problem in the end.
