创新教育是以培养人的创新精神和创新能力为基本价值趋向的教育实践,在创新教育的过程中,培育创新素质至关重要。创新素质教育的策略与方法有培育创新情感,发展创新思维,提供宽松的学习环境,转变传统的考试观念,营造鼓励创新的氛围等诸多方面。
Innovative quality is an educational practice aimed at cultivating the I nnovative spirit and ability.The strategy and means in this education involves cultivating new and innovative sense,develo ping creative idea,and supplying br oad and free learning environ-ment,and encouraging innovation.
