同位素稀释质谱法测定U_3O_8中痕量Sm、Eu和Gd的改进 被引量:4

摘要 试样用HCl溶解,以201×7型阴离子交换树脂除去大量U,用P507萃淋树脂将Sm、Eu和Gd与其他稀土元素分离。以^(147)Sm、^(151)Eu和^(160)Gd作稀释剂,用同位索稀释质谱法分析含Sm、Eu、Gd分别为0.0522、0.0524和0.0609ppm的U_3O_8试样时,精密度分别为±1.2%、±2.0%和±2.7%。本文还试验了无液N_2质谱分析,获得满意的结果。 An improved method of simultaneous determination of trace Sm,Eu,Gd in U3O8 by IDMS was described. The quantity of a sample was 1. 0 g U3O8, 147Sm, 151Eu and l60Gd were used as spikes. The great quantity U and trace elements Fe.Pb were removed by the 201×7 anion-exchange resin. Sm,Eu,Gd were separated from other rare earth elements by P507 extractant-containing resin. The ratios of 147Sm/149Sm,151Eu/153Eu and 158Gd/160Gd were measured by mass spectrometry and the quantities of Sm,Eu and Gd in the sample were calculated. The precisions of the method were +1. 2%, +2. 0% and +2. 7% respectively,as the sample contained 0. 0522 ppm Sm,0. 0524ppm Eu and 0. 0609 ppm Gd. The model ZHT-05A single focusing mass spectrometer with single filament face ionozation source 57was used. Once spread sample on the same filament gave the measurements of these three elements.
