以235U作稀释剂,用同位素稀释质谱法测定了矿石尾渣标样中微量铀。试样经灼烧去掉有机物,HF除去二氧化硅,HNO3溶解后用CL-5209萃淋树脂提取铀,用质谱法测定235U与238U的比值,最后计算出铀的含量。方法的检出限为1.9×10-8g。
An analytical method for U determination in uranium tailings SRM by isotope dilution mass spectrometry (IDMS) is described. The sample was first ignited at 700℃ in order to remove the organic component, and 235U was added as spike. And the sample was dissolved with HF-HNO3, and then uranium was separated by the levetrel resin 5209. The isotope ratio 235UO/238UO was measured on a ZhT05A mass spectrometer--single focusing mass spectrometer with a 6-section ion source and a single filament thermal face ionization source.The detection limit of this method is 1. 9 × 10-8g. The precision is 1% to 4% for tailings SRM containing uranium in the range of 182 × 10-6 to 353× 10-6g.
