摘要
以大豆油脚为原料,用工业级丙酮萃取,分离得到大豆磷脂。通过正交实验考察了萃取次数,大豆油脚与丙酮的配比,萃取温度和丙酮回收温度对大豆磷脂收率及内酮回收率的影响。结果表明,温度是整个工艺的显著影响因素。最佳工艺条件是,大豆油脚与丙酮之比为1:5,在30℃萃取4次,丙酮在50℃下回收,在此工艺条件下,大豆磷脂的收率是68%,内酮的回收率是88%。此大豆磷脂最后经超临界CO_2进行精制,HPLC分析结果表明大豆磷脂的纯度为98%,丙酮的含量小于8ppm。
Soybean phospholipid is obtained by using industry grade acetone. The effects of some factors such as, the Temperature of extraction the ratio of soybean remains to acetone the extraction times and the temperature of acetone recovery, are investigated by orthogonal experiments. The result shows the two temperatures are remarkable than the other factors. The optimum technological condition are the extraction times is 4, the extraction temperature is 30℃ ,v( soybean remains) : v( acetone) = 1:5, the recovery temperature is 50 ℃ .Under this condition, the productiv-ity of soybean phospholid is 68% ; the recovery of acetone is 88% .This soybean phospholipid is at last refined by supercritical CO_(2) (SFE) .The product is analyzed by HPLC. It is shows the purity is 98% ,and the remains of ace-tone are less 8ppm.
