摘要
我国大豆磷脂资源丰富、原料价格低廉,但未被充分利用。本文叙述了三个问题,提高大豆浓缩磷脂质量的注意事项、大豆磷脂改性后HLB等的变化以及大豆磷脂在多种行业上的应用。
Our country's phospholipid source is rich and cheaper, but this source can't utilize fully. This paper discuses three aspects:
--To enhance quality of the soybean concentrated phospholipid.
--The change of HLB value after phospholipid was modified.
-The application of the phospholipids.
