摘要
目的 :探讨通里攻下法在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的作用。方法 :1993— 2 0 0 0年共收治重症急性胰腺炎 88例 ,常规治疗 41例 ,中西医结合治疗 47例 ,然后比较两组疗效。结果 :常规组与中西医结合组在手术率、并发症率、平均住院时间、死亡率方面存在显著性差异。结论 :通里攻下法在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中能减少手术率 ,在保守治疗及围手术期治疗中能减少并发症、降低死亡率、缩短平均住院时间。
Objective: It is to evaluate the effect of purgation in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods: Eighty eight SAP patients who were divided into two groups were treated from 1993 to 2001. Routine conservative management purgation were added to purgation group based on the routine group. Results: Compared with routine group,the purgation group has lower mortality rate, lower surgical operation rate and shorter average cure time than routine group. Conclusion: Purgation is an effective approach for treatment of SAP.
