摘要
目的 探讨外伤性白内障 IOL植入术的手术时机及方式。方法 比较 2 8例外伤性白内障 期 IOL植入术 ( 组 )与 35例 期 IOL植入术 ( 组 )后视力及并发症。结果 矫正视力 >0 .3者 , 组 1 8例( 72 % ) , 组 30例 ( 81 .6% ) ;矫正视力 >1 .0者 , 组 5例 ( 2 0 % ) , 组 8例 ( 2 1 % )。结论 期 IOL植入术适用于眼部损伤较轻者 ,
Objective To explore the opportunity and way of intraocular lenses(IOL) surgery in traumatic cataract Methods The visual acuity and complications were conpared between the primary(28eyes,groupⅠ) and secondary(35 eyes,groupⅡ) implantation of IOL surgery in traumatic cataract Results Those whose Corrected visual acuity ≥0 3 was 18 eyes(72%) in groupⅠ and 30 eyes(81 6%) in groupⅡ while.Corrected visual acuity ≥1 0 5 eyes(20%) and 8 eyes(21%) respectively Conclusions The primary implantation fitted the cases of non serious trauma and the secondary implantation fitted the children and the cases of serious trauma
