摘要
目的 :研究在大规模白内障手术中如何提高手术数量。方法 :39小时内完成 12 5例 14 2眼白内障手术 (术中用前房维持器进行配合 )。结果 :术后 2天内 130眼矫正视力≥ 0 .5 ,术后 2 5眼短期角膜内皮水肿 ( 3～ 4天内消退 ) ,3例前房出血。结论 :在白内障手术的各环节中采用“流程作业”可在保证手术质量的同时缩短手术时间 。
Objective:To study the way to add the quantity in the large scale cataract surgery Methods:125 cases (142 eyes) underwent cataract operation using the anterior chamber maintainer in 39 hours Results:The corrected visual acuity of 130 eyes was 0 5 or better after 2 days.25 eyes was endothelial linear cloudiness in a short time (returned within 3~4 days).3 eyes had hyphema Conclusion:'the assembly line method' in every link of cataract operation can shorten the surgical time,increase the surgical quantity while ensuring the surgical quality
