呋喃树脂粘均分子量与铝电解用TiB_2涂层阴极抗拉强度关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 TiB2 是铝电解槽可湿润性阴极的首选材料 ,TiB2 碳胶涂层阴极可应用于现行铝电解槽。测定了呋喃树脂的分子量和以呋喃树脂为主体的碳胶TiB2 阴极涂层的抗拉强度 ,分析了呋喃树脂的分子量对涂层抗拉强度的影响。研究结果表明 ,粘均分子量在35 0 0~ 85 0 0范围内 ,随着呋喃树脂分子量的增大 ,阴极涂层的抗拉强度升高 ,为TiB2 Titanium diboride is one of the best aluminum wettable cathode materials for aluminum reduction cells. The carbon-bonded TiB 2 coating cathode can be used in current aluminum reduction cells. In this paper, the furan resin molecular weight and the tensile strength of wettable cathode with carbon-bonded TiB 2 coating were measured, and the relation between them was discussed. The results show that the increase in the viscosity molecular weight, ranging from 3?500 to 8?500, of the furan resin increased the tensile strength of wettable cathode with carbon-bonded TiB 2 coating. The results are meaningful for the application of carbon-bonded TiB 2 coating with a steady tensile strength in aluminum reduction cells.
