摘要
针对从铜阳极泥生产的铂钯精矿 ,采用氨水浸出和硫酸浸出预处理工艺除去杂质元素、富集金铂钯。研究结果表明 :采用单一的氨水浸出和硫酸浸出均不能达到理想的除去杂质元素的效果 ;采用氨水浸出 -硫酸浸出联合工艺流程虽可除去 95 %的杂质元素 ,但同时其铂钯的溶解损失率达 6 %和 12 % ;而采用还原剂SN预浸出 -氨浸 -硫酸浸出 ,不但可除去 95 %的杂质元素 ,而且可把金铂钯的溶解损失率均降低到 1%以下 ,同时金铂钯的富集比可达 2
Upgrading the precious metal contents by pretreatment of the anode slime produced in copper electrolysis containing gold, silver, platinum and palladium with ammonia and sulfuric acid were investigated. The results show that the removal of useless elements in the concentrate could not satisfied with single leaching of ammonia or sulfuric acid.But with two-step leaching process combinig ammonia and sulfuric acid, 95% of the useless elements was removed and 6% of Pt and 10% of Pd were lost. A comprehensive leaching process consisting of pretreatment of the concentrate with SN reductant-ammonia leaching-sulfuric acid leaching resulted in 95% of the useless elements removed and losses of Pt and Pd below 1%, with 20 times for Pt/Pd concentrated.
