摘要
介绍湿法工艺流程处理铜阳极泥的硫酸浸取液中硒的分离提取方法。讨论了硒在阳极泥及浸取液中的存在状态,选择性还原高阶硒离子而与Cu2+,Ni2+,Co2+等金属离子分离的机理,以及还原剂的选择和还原条件的确定,并作了硒的回收率试验。
The raw industrial materials from which Se and Te are extracted, are mainly originated from flue dust of sulfuric acid production, silt of washing tower and electrolytic anode mud of smelter. It is benefitable for the Se extraction from anode mud. The paper introduces the separation and extraction technique of wet process to extract Se from sulfuric acid immersion of Cu anode mud. It discusses the state of Se in immersion and anode mud, analyzes the mechanism which reduces selectively Se ion with high valence and separates with metal ions, i.e Cu2+, Ni2+,Co2+….The selection of reduction agent and determination of reduction condition are also explained. The recovery test which extracts Se from anode mud can be carried ou at the same time.
