摘要
注射压制成型是一种生产塑料制品的新工艺。这里介绍一种用于此法生产的特种塑机的工作原理,并对其关键部件———合模机构的结构特点、受力情况、油缸推力的计算作了详尽的分析,给出了设计公式。
The taking shape by steps of injection and press together is a new technology for plastic producing.This paper introduced the working principle of machine for the special technology.The authr analyzed in detail to the key unit of the machine(clamping mechanism)in aspect of its structure characteristic,forcing condition,the thrust calculation of hydraulic cylinder,and gave the calculation equations.
