摘要
提出一种新型的能够保证熔体在口模出口处速度均布的片材模头 ,并推导流道系统的普适设计公式 ;运用流变学理论 ,根据模头中所有流道上压力损失相等及特征剪切速率相等的条件 ,推导不依存于材料特性和操作点的流道设计 。
This paper introduced a new type sheet die which can assure the polymer fluid get the same velocity at the die orifice.According to the rheology theories,considering that the pressure lose along any flow path and representative shear-rate anywhere in the die must be equal,we deduce the manifold and flow path which is able to make the design of the die independent to flow rate and viscosity of the polymer.
