摘要
利用盘销摩擦磨损试验机,分别研究了氧化铜和硅灰石两种无机填料对双马来酰亚胺与硬铝合金的滑动摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:两种填料加入都可以改善双马来酰亚胺的摩擦学性能,随氧化铜用量增加,滑动副的摩擦系数和耐磨性均增加;随硅灰石用量增加和粒径减小,滑动副的耐磨性提高,摩擦系数减小.扫描电镜的分析表明,硅灰石和氧化铜提高滑动副耐磨性的原因是它们促进了双马来酰亚胺在铝环表面形成牢固的转移膜.
T wo kinds of inorganic fillers,namely CuO and Wollastonite,were chosen as fric tional modifiers.The influence of the concentration of two fillers and the siz e of wollastonite on sliding frictional properties of bismaleimide against hard Al was studied respectively with a pin-on disc tribo-meter.These results show ed that both CuO and Wollastonite can improve the tribological properties of bis maleimide.The tribological prop-erties of BMI composite against hard Al are di fferent with different fillers concentration.The frictional coeffi-cient be tween bismaleimide and hard Al as well as their wear resistance can be increased with increasing the concentration of CuO.The frictional coefficient of the sl iding pairs decreases and the wear resistance of the BMI composite and the hard Al ring raises with the increasing the concentration of wollastonite and the de crease of its grain size.The modified mechanisms of these fillers were investig ated by means of SEM.The reason of in-creasing wear resistance of BMI composit e lies in that theCuO and Wollastonite promote BMI to form a firm trasnsfer film on the Al surface.
