硅线石填充双马来酰亚胺摩擦学性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 用M-200型试验机在于摩擦条件下考察了硅线石(Sa)单独填充双马来酰亚胺(BMI)和硅线石与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)共同填充BMI两类复合材料的摩擦学特性。结果表明,适量的Sa能降低BMI的摩擦系数(μ)和磨损量,但会在对偶件上造成划伤.PTFE与Sa共同填充BMI,不仅能进一步降低复合材料的μ和磨损量,而且能有效地抑制对偶件上的划伤.经过分析,Sa填充BMI的复合材料,对磨时其表面较高的粗糙度和Sa硬粒子发承载荷是降低μ和磨损量的主要原因.PTFE与Sa共同填充BMI,由于PTFE对Sa硬粒子的屏蔽作用,从而减少了对偶件上的划伤。 The tribological properties of two kinds of composite i.e.Bismaleimide(BMI)filled by sillimanite(Sa)only and Bismaleimide(BMI)filled by both sillimanite(Sa)and PTFE were studied using a block-on-ring tester M200 under dry sliding friction.It was found that the suitable content of filler Sa was effective to reduce the friction coefficient of filler Sa was effective to reduce the friction coefficient and wear vdume of BMI but scratchs the mtching material.When BMI was filled by both PTFE and Sa,the result showed that the friction coefficient and wear vdume of the composite were reduced further and the scratching effectwas greatly refrained.The analysis show,when BMI was filled by Sa only,the main reason of decreasing friction-wear is that the high roughness f the interface and the bearing load activity of hard filler Sa.When BMI was filled by PTFE and Sa,it is the shielding effect of PTFE on the hard filler Sa that alleviate the scratches on the matching material.
