摘要
针对钢坯或轧材的在线称量难题 ,包头钢铁 (集团 )公司研制了热轧带钢在线电子辊道秤 ;介绍了电子辊道秤的设计特点、系统组成以及应用效果。该电子辊道秤 ,计量精度高 ,系统运行可靠 。
Because of the existing difficult problem of on-line weighing of rolled-products all along, an on-line electron roller scale was developed for hot rolled strip by Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. Its design characteristics, cofiguration and the using effect were introduced. The electron roller scale has high measuring preeision, stability of running and can meet the need of high speed rolling rhythm.
