摘要
涟钢二轧钢厂自１９９４年起在２５０ｍｍ轧机机列上开始试用滚珠联轴器，并根据替代齿轮联轴器、十字万向联轴器中所存在的不足进行了改进，使之转动平稳、传递的扭矩大、使用寿命提高。使用这种联轴器１年所节约的联轴器制造费，以及提高轧材产质量所创的经济效益达１５０万元。
The No2 Rolling Steel Plant of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Limited Company has used new ball bearing shaft coupling on mill group since the year 1994. According to problems of substitution of the ball bearing shaft coupling for the gear shaft coupling and the gymbal, the plant has improved it. The rotation of the mill group was smooth, drive torque was bigger. The great economic value was possessed.
