摘要
北五味子为雌雄同株植物 ,提高雌花分化比例受树体营养和激素调控双重因素影响。栽培管理中 ,改善通风透光条件 ,及时清除地下横走茎 ,可明显提高雌花分化比例 ;α-萘乙酸、细胞激动素 ( 6 -BA)和乙烯利 3种植物激素对雌花分化均有诱导作用 ,以乙烯利效果最好 ;在正常栽培条件下 ,及时清除地下横走茎 ,在花芽分化期每 1 0d喷施 1次 1 50 0倍 4 0 %乙烯利溶液 ,雌花分化比例达到 6 3.33% ,比未处理的提高了 57.76 %。
Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.)Baill. is a monoecious plant.Increasing the differentiation proportion of female flower is affected by both the nutrition of tree and regulaton of phytohormones.In the cultivation and management,improving the conditions of aeration and photopenetration and timely removing the underground traverse stems could distinctly increase the differentiation proportion of female flower. Phytohormones as the α naphthalene acetic acid,cytokinin(6-BA)and ethrel had an induction effect on the differentiation of female flower,and the ethrel had the best effect.In the normal cultivating conditions, timely removing the undergrond traverse stems and spraying 1500-fold 40% ethrel solution once every 10 days at the differentiation stage of flower bud could make the differentiation proportion of female flower amount to 63.33% and increase 57.76% as compared with the treatments on which the above mentioned measures were not carried out.
