摘要
在适宜的工艺条件下使盐酸与磷矿反应 ,只经过简单过滤、中和 ,磷酸氢钙中的氟含量就可以达到 0 1 %以下 ,远低于 0 1 8%的行业标准。本工艺的特点是反应与除氟同步进行 ,即减少了生产工序 ,又不需要添加任何除氟剂 。
Under proper process conditions,the hydroch lo ric acid reacts with phosphatic rock,then through the filtration and neutralizat i on,the calcium biphosphate with less than 0.1% F - content can be obtained.The characteristic of this process is that the reaction and defluorination takes pla ce at same step.so,this technology not only decreases the production procedure,a nd also needn't to add any defluorinating agent.
