摘要
盐酸与磷矿粉反应，经过滤，萃取液中氟含量降至０．０８％以下，再添加除氟剂反应２ｈ，液相氟含量降至０．０３％以下。将萃取液一步中和至ｐＨ＝５，可制得饲料级磷酸氢钙。
he phosphate ore powder is extracted by hydrochloric acid,after
filtration,the content of fluorine in the extract can decrease to less than 0.08%,then adding
defluorinating agent to the extract for further reaction about two hours,the content of fluorine in the
extract can decrease to less than 0.03%.The feed-grade calcium hydrophosphate with the yield of
95% can be obtained by neutralizating the extract to pH=5 in one-step.
