摘要
采用偶联剂(3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷)对气相白炭黑进行表面处理,利用熔融共混法制备了尼龙6/气相白炭黑复合材料,并用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察复合材料的微观结构,研究了气相白炭黑用量对复合材料的力学性能和耐热性的影响。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂可较好提高气相白炭黑和尼龙6的相容性,随着气相白炭黑的加入,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和热变形温度等都有较大的提高,即使少量气相白炭黑也对尼龙6具有明显的增强和增韧作用。
The surface of fumed silica was modified by a coupling agent, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. Nylon-6/fumed silica composites were successfully prepared through melt blending. The structure of the obtained composites was observed by transmission electronic microscope (TEM). The effects of different contents of fumed silica on the mechanical and thermal properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the tensile,flexural and impact strength and the heat deformation temperature of nylon-6 were improved obviously by adding a little amount of fumed silica.
