摘要
传统跨国经营理论体现出来的单向的阶梯性的以输出为主的知识管理模式已经过时了。事实上知识经济和全球化竞争的进一步发展使得全球经营所需要的知识并不偏于一隅,跨国公司必须学会识别分散在全球的知识,加以整合和创新,在此基础上创造出适合全球的产品和服务,在全球市场上推广和销售。而这正是全球化经营战略的核心。
The traditional knowledge manageme nt style is obsolete,as it was just tr ansferring the knowledge from the high -level countries to the low -level ones.In fact,with the develop ment of knowledge economy and global competition,the knowledge that the transnational business needs is not restricted only in the home country o f the multinational company.Multinatio nal corporations must learn to sense and integrate the knowledge scattered in fragment around the world,and make i nnovations,on the basis of which cre ate new products and services suitab le for global market.This is the very co re strategy of global business.
