摘要
跨国公司海外子公司正成为跨国公司全球知识管理和全球学习的重要承担者。以三星半导体母子公司知识管理为例,介绍了其知识管理模式,从其本地化过程中知识管理的局限性入手,进而分析了跨国公司知识管理过程中产生局限的原因及解决对策。
The muhinational corporation overseas subsidiary company is becoming the Important undertaker of me global knowledge management and global learning of the multinational corporation. This paper, taking the Samsung Semieonductor Company＇s knowledge management as an example,introduces the knowledge management pattern of Samsung Semiconductor, and starting from the limitations of the knowledge management in the process of the localization of Samsung Semiconductor, analyzes the reasons why the limitations occur in the process of the knowledge management of Multinational Corporation, and puts forward some solving countermeasures.
