摘要
知识管理作为一种新型的管理模式与方法的出现,是适应知识经济时代管理实践发展的必然结果。高新技术产业在提高传统产业技术装备水平、提升传统产业技术创新能力、促进产业结构调整和升级等方面都发挥了巨大的作用,高新技术企业的发展状况关系到高新技术产业的竟争能力。从实施知识管理对高新技术企业的作用出发,揭示了建立知识系统对高新技术企业发展的重要意义。
As a kind of new-type management mode and method , knowledge management is the inevitable outcome of development of management practice in era of knowledge-driven economy. To new high-tech enterprises, implementing knowledge management and setting up administrative system of knowledge are favorable to obtaining and keeping of the competitive advantages for a long time.
