摘要
为适应国内外新的形势,研究新情况,解决新问题,管理必须创新。提出一种新的“知识─智力型”管理模式,其中包括指导思想、目标规划、四维立体结构(斜行维、横行维、纵行维、时间维)、运行机制、功能以及一定要建立这样一个模式的必要性和重要性。
To adapt to the changing domestlc and foreign situation, it ls imperative to study new condltions, rcsolve new questions and introduce innovations in management. The author put forward a new model of intelligence-type management, including guiding principles, planned ob-jectives, four-dimensional structure (oblique, horizontal, vertlcal, chronological), operational mechanism, function, and the reasons for and importance of setting up such a model.
