摘要
本文在阐述研究开发 (R&D)人员对高新技术企业的作用与R&D人员行为特征的基础上 ,系统地分析了影响R&D人员行为绩效的因素 ,提出对R&D人员的激励需要采取系统的、有针对性的措施 ,使激励机制既符合R&D人员的内在特性 ,又符合企业及研发部门的目标。最后简述了主要的激励措施并描述了企业激励研究开发人员的实施模式。
Based on the behavior characteristics of R&D talents and their effects on the Hi-tech business operation, the paper analyses the factors that influences the R&D talents performances, suggests that systematic and appropriate programs should be taken to encourage them. These programs should compatible with both inherent traits of R&D talents and the aims of the R&D department. Also, the paper states the main incentive measures and a implement pattern for encouraging R&D talents in Hi-Tech enterprises.
