消化性溃疡的动态(下) 被引量：5

摘要 本文上部分主要综述了消化性溃疡的病因 ,下部分主要综述其治疗。内科治疗方法主要有抑制胃酸分泌、抗幽门螺杆菌 ,防治非类固醇类抗炎药相关溃疡 ,应用生长因子治疗等。对有症状而用任何药物治疗无效者或并发有生命危险的大出血者 ,需行外科手术治疗。
