摘要
目的研究养胃清肠口服液对大鼠慢性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用,评价其功效。方法连续灌胃供试品溶液后灌胃消炎痛溶液,制作消炎痛模型,取胃于10%甲醛溶液中固定,测量出溃疡面直径。结果中、高剂量组供试品溶液能有效降低消炎痛对胃黏膜的损伤。结论养胃清肠口服液对慢性胃黏膜损伤有明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe and evaluate the mucosal protection effect of Yangwei Qingchang oral liquid in experimental model of gastric lesion in rats. Methods After given the test sample by gastric gavage for 14 days,the models of gastric mucosal lesion in rats induced by indomethacin given by gastric gavage were established,and the area of gastric mucosal lesion in rats was measured. Results It was found that Yangwei Qingchang oral liquid significantly inhibited lesion degrees of gastric mucosa of the rats in high and middle dosegroups. Conclusion Yangwei Qingchang oral liquid possess obvious protective effect on experimental gastric mucosal lesion in rats.
