摘要
目的 研究Ki 67蛋白在口腔粘膜白斑及鳞癌组织中的表达 ,探讨粘膜白斑癌变有关机理。方法 对37例口腔粘膜白斑和 2 0例鳞癌石蜡切片HE染色 ,观察病变类型。用免疫组织化学S P法检测细胞Ki 67蛋白表达 ,并计算其细胞增殖率。结果 随着单纯增生性白斑、不典型增生性白斑和鳞癌形成 ,其细胞增殖率呈明显上升趋势 (分别为 2 0 .54 %、31 .0 5 %及 42 .0 5 % ) ,三者间两两比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 口腔粘膜白斑如出现较高细胞增殖率 。
Objective To study the mechanism of carcinogenesis of leukoplakia(LK) and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods Pathological changes were observed by HE staining and Ki 67 expression was detected by immunohistochemical S P method in 37 LK cases and 20 OSCC cases.The rate of Ki 67 expression was analyzed.The rate of cellular proliferation was calculated. Results The rate of Ki 67 expression increases along with the pathological changes from simple hyperplasia(20.54%) to atypical hyperplasia(30.05%) and then to OSCC ( 42.05 %). Statistical difference was significant between hyperplasia LK,atypical hyperplasia LK and OSCC(P<0.01).Conclusion The higher rate of KI 67 expression in LK may indicate possibility of LK carcinogenesis.
